After taking yesterday off and sleeping in a bit I went for a run about 8:30. It was 90 degrees which felt so nice compared to my 2 triple digit runs earlier in the week. I was feeling good so did 8 miles, my longest run in about a month.

I don't know how in the world you run in that kinda heat! 90 degrees at 8:30, and triple digits heat runs, yikes!!!
