Did another pool run this morning. 30 mins alternating 4 hard with 2 easy. I'll call it speed work. My foot is a bit tender this morning, but I wouldn't call it pain. It is weird, but I'm almost afraid to run on it. I was in bed last night thinking about how great it will be to run Monday and in the back of my head I was almost cringing with pain at the thought of running. I guess my brain still remembers the pain I inflicted on myself a few weeks ago. I'm sure one good run will cure me of this though. |
