Since I probably won’t run tomorrow on Christmas, I pushed the pace a bit on my 20 miler with almost 2000 ft elevation gain averaging 8:15 per mile.
Merry Christmas to everyone. I hope you have a wonderful day with your loved ones.

Nice run Rhett! I am getting notifications again. I am hoping I will be ready for our run and I am looking forward to our run this weekend. I think 22-23 should be good with some trails and some roads. The foot feels really good.

Hey Rhett, are you running in San Diego on Jan 12, ‘19? Better watch that figure from all the holiday goodies that go straight to your butt!

Yep, I’ll be carrying some extra junk in the trunk but I’m not planning on racing the marathon, just enjoying a nice long trail run with my best buddy. I’ll be lean and ready to race by my April marathon.

Merry Christmas to you also, Rhett!
