Mostly at home with things like planks, ab work, push ups, hip work, lunges of all kinds...stuff I can do with my own body as resistance.

Great! On your photo youīre really looking strong, so I think thatīs one of your strengths, no?
Iīm doing just a small strength programm (10 min.) 2 times a week, mostly core & squats. Feels like if I would do more (especially your lunges), I couldnīt run well the next day.
