Man it sounds like you've got a bad case of PF. Are you wearing a night splint? That seems to help the most for me. And really deep painful massage, ART, or graston scraping also helps (eventually).

Nan, and Allie, thanks for the support and advice, I appreciate it, I definitely need to get the night splint I think. I think this is all due to my very high arches- and then all the traveling I did in June and July with lots of standing/walking was in shoes with no arch supports. I am now wearing rigid high arch supports in all my shoes and it seems to be helping somewhat. Looks like Aaron is having fun at the 100- I better go check and see what he is up to....
