I ran as part of a bike team in the Seneca 7 relay yesterday, it is a 77.7 mile relay around Seneca Lake, right in the shadow of the Hill Cumorah.  When not running my legs we biked to the next exchange point, unfortunately they did not have enough water out so pretty much everyone was gassed on the second half.  I got 65 "kills" though I'm pretty sure most of my teammates were then murdered back by the other teams.  That's the real issue, people always fail to write on their van how many ties they have been killed, so the statistics are just widely skewed.

Very long day, woke up at 5:45 AM and got back to my place at 10 and not to sleep until a while after.  We managed 22 out of about 220 and 3rd bike team.

Three very slow and painful miles at lunch. Only went out since the weather is going to turn later this week.
