| So I got up at 5:30 this morning already to head out the door and while I was getting on my gear I was feeling light headed and dizzy, almost like I had no balance, need less to say about 10 minutes later I was throwing my guts up! I have spent most of the day in bed, kinda disappointing and frustrating! I have had that sensation before, feeling dizzy and off balance, right before the marathon a week or so ago so I hope its nothing to serious. I was just finally able to get some food down me and have it stay down so I am hoping that this is a good sign for tomorrow and I can actually get out the door, I guess time will tell on that. | I felt a little better this morning so I headed out past Mini Gu via canal road, I kept the pace pretty easy for the most part but on the way back I could feel my legs pretty good I still must be recovering from the marathon. My average pace for the run was 8:35 with my total time at 1:01:02, after the run I did some real lite lower body weight training and then I called it a day. See ya tomorrow

| I ran the payson park loop this morning, my legs were pretty much trashed from the get go! The last mile or so was a freaking death march! But I was able to get her done and call it a day. My average pace was way slow at 8:57 with my total time of 1:03:58 after the run I did my upper body weight training and then finished up with some push-ups. I hope my legs get to feeling better soon, I hate it when it feels like a death march every run! See ya tomorrow

| I ran out to Mini Gu and then back to the house the old legs felt a lot better this morning and the pace was a little more up beat. My average pace was at 8:15 with one of the miles MP(7:52) and my total time was at 50:39. I felt pretty good and I am hoping that I can get a full week of training in next week and start getting ready for SG. After the run I did my upper body weight training and then some push-ups, the plan for tomorrow is to go 10 plus miles and see how I do, hopefully good. I have a 3 day golf tournament starting today and I am not prepared at all for it, I just haven't played at all this year but I have played in this same event for 20 plus years so I am just going to go and have some fun and just enjoy the day's. I hope I can keep the score respectable, but if not then that's okay too. See ya tomorrow

| I ran out past Gu Corner and then down into the river bottoms, I was not feeling real great, the legs are still feeling pretty heavy but I just tried to stay with it and to my best. I was planning on 13 to 14 but it just wasn't going to happen today so I did what my body would let me and then called it a day. My average pace was 8:35 and my total time was 1:26:35, my legs felt a little better towards the end so that was a good sign but I just haven't felt good since Monday and I'm hoping with a nice day off tomorrow that I will be able to put in a nice week of training next week. Later.
