I ran out past Gu Corner and then down into the river bottoms, I was not feeling real great, the legs are still feeling pretty heavy but I just tried to stay with it and to my best. I was planning on 13 to 14 but it just wasn't going to happen today so I did what my body would let me and then called it a day. My average pace was 8:35 and my total time was 1:26:35, my legs felt a little better towards the end so that was a good sign but I just haven't felt good since Monday and I'm hoping with a nice day off tomorrow that I will be able to put in a nice week of training next week.
