I ran the payson park loop this morning, my legs were pretty much trashed from the get go! The last mile or so was a freaking death march! But I was able to get her done and call it a day. My average pace was way slow at 8:57 with my total time of 1:03:58 after the run I did my upper body weight training and then finished up with some push-ups. I hope my legs get to feeling better soon, I hate it when it feels like a death march every run! See ya tomorrow
