I felt a little better this morning... My hip was even feeling like its finally on the mend which was a pleasant surprise, my average pace was 8:38 with a total time of 1:02:30. I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups, its the little things that you appreciate in this damn sport. I might try Loafer canyon next week with the group if my hip continues getting better.
