Salem Days 5K route extended, I felt pretty good on this one with the pace staying up beat. My average pace was 8:21 with 1 MP mile at 8:03 and my total time was 1:00:05. It was a pleasant surprise.

The first 5 miles of the run felt like a death March, but then I loosened up on the last few miles and I felt better about the day. My average pace was 8:49 with a total time of 1:02:58, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

The weather Finally cleared after work and I was able to get out the door and get a run in, and it turned out to be so beautiful which was nice. My average pace 8:36 with a total time of 1:01:27, I had 1 MP mile at the end at 8:05.

Usual Saturday route out to the riverbottoms and back, I didn't feel real great but I was feeling better towards the end than at the first so I guess thats a positive thing... My average pace was 8:56 with a total time of 1:59:43, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.
