Salem Days 5K Route Extended, I felt better towards the end and I was able to really open up my stride the last mile or so. It felt good. My average pace was 8:45 with a total time of 54:39, I had a 1.25 MP mile towards the end.

I didn't feel real great this morning, I spent the last 3 miles just trying to malke sure I beat the 9 minute guy... It wasn't real pleasant either... My average pace was 8:56 with a total time of 54:51, New start to the year tomorrow.

I've caught a cold... That explains the low energy level the last few days, but I got her done. It was prettyt slick and wet out there this morning. My average pace was slow at 9:02 with a total time of 55:38, glad I was able to get out.

Wasn't feeling real great this morning but decided to get in a few miles anyway. Out to Mini Gu corner and back, pace was pretty easy. My average pace was 9:00 with a total time of 55:12, I am hoping that on monday I will be feeling better and be able to stay consistant.
