I ran out to Gu Corner and then back to the house via canal road, I didn't feel real great going out but I felt better on the way back in, I'm still fighting my abdominal pain but its tolerable. The pain that I'm feeling from that it's on the right side below the navel, if that's not to graphic, I've been dealing with it for about 4 months now. I feel like I had a good week of training, at least for me anyway, and I would like to keep it going now. My average pace was 8:41 with a total time of 1:10:08, I was a little slower this morning but still okay considering I had a late run yesterday afternoon. I had a nice sausage and egg breakfast after the run for my reward for a steady week of training and it hit the spot!
