Out to Mini Gu Corner and back, very wet and it rained the whole time. Pace was slow but my ITBand did cooperate for the most part. I have been sick all week so this is the first day that I felt like even running at all. My pace was 8:48 with a total time of 54:05, it felt good to at least get one run in for the week.
