I ran out past mini GU corner and then back to the house all via canal road, after a 2 mile warm up I tried to pick up the pace on the last of every mile until the last mile and then I just cruised in. My pace on those quarter mile pick ups were in the 7:20 range, my average pace 8:40 with a total time of 52:36, I was a little tired towards the end of the run but it was nice to try and wake my legs up a little.
