I ran out past the old barn via canal road, my back seemed a little better this morning I've been hitting it with a lot of heat all weekend long so it seems to be helping, my foot was about the same just kind of there nothing to good or to bad so hopefully m I'm getting better. My average pace a little better than Saturday, 9:17 with my HR average at 146 my total time was 30:28... After the run I did my standard upper body weight training and then some push-ups, I plan on doing just 3 miles a day for the next week or so and then after that I might start bumping up the miles just a titch but that also depends on my foot and how it is doing.
