Working down to my last two week taper. Marathon is on March 2nd. Nice day to run, I hope race day is this good! This run felt good but always the doubts about running 26 miles. :-( Last year I ran this same run 2 weeks out at a 7:36/159 HR so this at 7:32/154 HR looks good "on paper". :-) Nice progression on my effort to the last fast mile.
