So much goin on with moving and work plus I haven't been sleeping well so I took this week off. Hopefully didn't kill my fitness too much. Felt ok today, just cruised up to Sugarhouse park for a couple laps, then some drills at Fairmont.
4.6 then did butt kicks, high knees, bounding, jump squats & burpees w/ a stride between each at the end.
