Today for cross country practice we met at Sugarhouse Park. Today was my first day back for not running for exactly one week and not being at practice for almost two weeks. We did the cemetery loop. I was really pushing it though, mainly to finish because I was exhausted as soon as I got to the cemetery. My first few miles were the fastest which made me really mad because I always end fastest. But for it being my first day back it was good. Overall it was a horrible run that seemed abnormally long, but oh well. Tomorrow I am going to push myself so I get my speed back like I never took the two weeks off. BILL, I WANT YOU TO MAKE ME KEEP UP WITH YOU THE ENTIRE FARTLEK WORKOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I got home I did my core. But during the run my knees and ankles did hurt a lot and they never did warm up.

it's a shame there is no like button on this blog or else I would have hit it ten times on Bill's comment.
