Since yesterday's workout was such a disaster today was really easy! I met up with Larry for a light track workout. I did 4x150 meter strides. Then we did a timed 1200. I did mine in 4:19 which isn't that bad..... Actually it's horrible! Then I did a lap recovery, then 2 laps of norman J's and we ended the workout with two more laps of backwards J's/ |
