Today for cross country I knew it was going to be a long run because I forgot my Garmin so I wouldn't know how far I ran. So we met at the JCC trail and ran out almost to the 4 mile mark, about to the 3.75 mark and ran back. Since we were at JCC though, we had to pick up the rocks, about the size of baseballs or bigger, I supposedly grabbed too small rocks so I had to go back and get bigger ones... So I got the ones about have the size of my hear. Then when we get to the lookout point we drop them off at the team rock pile, the pile is getting huge. But when we got to the monster huge humongous hill we had to run up that 10 times. I was trying to do the first 5 nonstop but I made it to the 4th one but then I had to stop at the bottom and catch my breath. I was also trying to go all of them with out walking but I had to walk about 20 feet on the last 3. Then when we were finally done we still had about 2.5 miles to run which absolutely sucked. I ran those last miles with Dakota, Annie and Chris. When Annie and I got to all of the river crossing things we stopped and like went swimming. We covered our face in it, we covered our hair our legs, and arms. But by the time I was at the bottom I was feeling great because I was not dyeing of heat stroke anymore. Then when I could move again later in the day when I got home I did my core.

When I was at my grandmas waiting for my two aunts and my new married into the family uncle to arrive at my grandmas house, I decided to run on her treadmill. I ran 2.5 miles at a steady pace. My miles where 7:48, 7:36 and then a 7:08 for the last half mile. Good run, tried to stay on my toes the entire time but it was difficult.
