Sorry for not putting in my blog yesterday, I went straight from Cross Country practice to the store then straight to Lagoon. But anywase for Cross Country we met at Liberty Park. We started with a lap warm up then some stretching while we waited for people to finish the lap. Then we broke into groups to do our lap of Firemen. My group was Sarah, Me, Alesandro, Sam, Blake and another kid who I don't know his name. We were starting out good but then everyone except a few people died so we had to really slow it down which wasn't good for me. I think I was put in the wrong group but oh well it was ok. Whenever it was my turn I sprinted as if I was in the faster group to atleast try to get my speed work in. Then after that we met up again and did a lap cooldown and the advanced group had to go another .25 out and back to make it an even 5 for the day. Overall it was a really easy workout and I felt really good about it. Then when we got back we did arm swings and our core. Then I went on the Catapult at lagoon...... IT was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!
