Today since we had no cross country practice and I have a race tomorrow, I decided to go for a little shake out run. I went from my house over and down to Sugarhouse park. I went running really late in the morning so it was really really hot. When I got down to the park I did a lap and came back the same way and it is exactly 3 miles. My blisters didn't hurt at all even though I am wearing the shoes that I think gave me them. I was going really slow because the heat was just draining my energy every step that I took. When I got home I did my crunches, push ups, bicycle crunches, and side to sides. Then I am going to take an ice bath later tonight.
