Today was the first day back at training for Cross Country practice. So we did the half mile warm up as a team then dynamic stretching. No stretching circle:( So Bill told us since it was the first day back it wouldn't be a hard workout today, which it wasn't. We did another half mile warm up then 2 miles of speed changes. My first I did with Tomy but then we stopped and got water half way through. Then the second mile of speed changes I did was with Dakota. After every mile we alternated the way we were running so we did run in the same direction for 16 laps. Then we just did a mile cool down. I did mine with Amanda, we had to do about 200 meters more because she had a garmin and it didn't say we were at a mile yet. Then I came home and did my arm weights, no leg weights today because supposedly tomorrow is JV regions and I want to do good at that:)..................................................................
