Today was the first day of Tiny Tots Track Club!!!! I lead the boys in a group lap warm up then we all stretched in the center of the field. Then Tolbert broke us into groups. Me and Dominique was in charge of the hurdle section when they bunny hopped over the hurdles! Then we all did a group lap cooldown and stretched and had the coaches meeting. Then I did my workout. I did a half mile warm up, mile of speed changes then 4 200s with 200 recovery. My times were 34, 35, 35, 35. I was dissapointed with these but my knee didn't hurt until the last one. I did the 200s in my spikes. Then I took my spikes off and did 2 grass laps cooldown.
