After work slogg on the tM o' pain at the gym. The place was buzzzy!
AM North Arm with Matt. I'm so outta shape it hurts.
Took the Mtn Bike out for a spin on the new pedals. North Arm up Skyline for a bit. Super Duper.
Got out on the trail finally. Late evening run up to three mile post from Wind Surfer. Also - sweet mtn bike drop from green pond TH down to bottom of Wheelers with Luke.
