Well... not feeling great, but made it down to the gYm. Ended up runnning on the wheel o' pain for a bit - then headed up to the track. Felt wasted. Need sunlight.
Resurrected an old friend... Pig Farm Trail Wednesday. Headed out for a nice lunch time run under the sun! Felt old and sluggish, but was NICE. Buffalo is going to hurt next week - way out of shape.
Awesome HUMR nation run this AM. Headed up from the TH just north of the canyon. Went out fivish and turned it around. Trail in perfect condition. Watched helplessly as Aric took a dive into the boulders... OUCH. Also ran into the mysterious Bryce - He is alive!
