The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Early GyM time. Warmed up with a few miles on the tM then hit Runners Boot Camp. Then hit the track after for some good laps. Talked the Goat into coming to the class. They had us do some 800's and a bunch of other things that made me feel like jellosauce. Good times.
