I know I know... just no time this afternoon!!! Hit the tM o' doom AgaIn. Tried to vary the run this AM. Varied the incline from 0 to 4.0. AP probably right around 8 for the run. Felt good I suppose.

The name Oreamnos is derived from the Greek term oros (stem ore-) "mountain"...
