Got out for an early run 3.5 miles averaged right around 7:00 minutes. Came in and watched the trials on the nbc webcast... Ryan Hall looks awesome. Hope Logan is having a good time.
We need to get together this Saturday and go for a run. I was thinking an 8-10 miler. I am taking this week kind of easy and then will revamp the training starting next week. Maybe Chad and Shane would like to go. Let me know what you think.
Logan - I would love it.. the gottcha will be the little ones Jamie is in San Diego until Sunday... What are you plans on Thursday around 3:45 - 4:00 for an ogden bench 6 miler....I'll see what I can do for Sat.
