The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.

Another early morning tM 'o DOom run at the GyM. Tried to vary the run from yesterday, but ended up doing almost exactly the same run. A little faster AP, but nothing to write home about.

I LOVE THE TREADMILL, do not listen to those other people. They do not realize it is cold and snowing out there!

Nice job. It is a necessary evil, but one I am so thankful for!

I really want to do that runners bootcamp. I think I would love it.
