Tempo run in the afternoon. It was almost too warm! I tried to appreciate it cuz I know it won't last too much longer. Here's the nitty gritty. 1 mile warm up. 6 tempo miles @ 7:59 AP. 2 mile cool down. Again I was surprised this didn't hurt more. I felt like I had some left in the tank when I was done. Don't know if that's a good or bad thing. ... Either way, it was an endorphin inducing run. Felt good. |
