Recovery was about 2-5 min long in between intervals. 1 mile warm up, 1/4 mile at 8 mph (7:30 min/mi), recovery, 1/2 mi @ 7.8 mph, 3/4 mi @ 7.6, 1 mi @ 7.4, 3/4 mi @ 7.7, 1/2 mi @ 7.9, 1/4 mi @ 8.1, finished the last mile easy to make 8 miles total. Average pace 8:55 One set of tabata sprints. Fast pace was between 8.5 and 9.2. For future reference, I can definitely go faster on these, more like 9-9.5 mph. |
