Ran at Butterfield Park with the kids.  Ran around alot and then did 5 x 500 meters with my varsity girls.  Coughed a bit, but it felt good to get out and move again.  8:20 ave.  Nicer weather, about 77 degrees vs. 95 degrees the last two days.

Allison dropped Greg and I off in Butterfield Canyon and we ran home.   Got dark on us, but it was a nice night and we ran decent.  First time I haven't coughed and hacked in a while.  1:06.00, 6:34 ave.
