I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
4 miles this morning before heading out for our conference. Nice morning, not much time to run though, had to hury a bit. 7:47 ave.. Achilles was sore this morning.
Ran grss laps at Monarch with the kids, no speed for me, but I did some progression. Nice and hot today again, but I was fairly hydrated, so not too bad. 7:26 ave., 6:35 last mile.
