I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

Ran from Rosecrest park with Greg up Butterfield PKWY with Greg and then up the mountain trail that I have wanted to try for 5 years.  Back the same way mostly.  8:57 ave.  Tough run and we are still sore from camp.

Up Butterfield Canyon and back.  Told the boys after a mile that they need to go 7 and catch me by the bottom.  I was going to o about 8:45s up and 6:45s down.   Adam and Tanner caught me at .6 to go, I didn't go fast enough!  The other boys never caught me.  7:40 ave
