Ran with Jaren this morning.  We ran into Randy on Emmeline and went with him back to his house then went out toward the cove and tried a new paved trail. Ended up going longer than planned, but good because I hve just been doing 4 mile runs for a while now.   7:28 ave, last mile in 6:11.
