I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran te same two miles as yesterday. This one felt harder, but it was more hot, like 80 something. Same as last time, no real issues, just some tightness after. 7:26 ave
Went out thi8s morning for 3 miles. the knee got a bit stiff half way, but didn't get worse. Nice morning and the eather is a bit cooler. Knee was a still a bit stiff after, but I lifted legs yesterda and that could have contributed. 7:26 ave
