I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Early morning freezing cold run with the kiddos. 6.5 at 7;29 pace. Super sore from the 10 miler and legs yesterday. Heading to St. George for a couple days for a conference, and looking forward to some nicer weather.
Had my wife dropped me off on the Veyo hill and I ran through all the constuction on the marathon course down to Sunbrook. Great run and good to get the first 20 miler in. 6:53 ave.
