Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
AM- 6 miles at 7:28 ave. Achilles was way tight and sore today and even after ultrasounding it took me a good 1.5 miles to be able to not limp. Ran to practice at the park and then with the kids for most of the run, then home.
AM- 5 miles in the dark, mostly alone, the team was beat up and going slow. Looped Rosecrest and Monarch. I dropped off at the hill and went out on Leila a bit and home for 5 miles. Warmer, but very windy. 7:43 ave.
