Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Had a track meet at Hillcrest so Greg and i got our run done around that area. We did 6 miles at 7:10 pace. The pace felt good for how sore my butt and legs were from my workout last night.
Stayed in Hurricane last night and ran with Greg in the morning. Wind was chilly, but otherwise nice weather. We ran out of town toward Washinton on a course that Greg had plotted out. A couple good hills in the run. Felt good for a longer run. 7:26 pace for the 12 miler.
