Stay fit and healthy. Run a decent Boston and St. George marathon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
5.5 miles with Rory, Lucy, and Adam form the HS. 7:09 ave.
Legs and Core after
Loop up Shaggy to Mirrabella and down 13400 South. Legs were tired and I felt way out of shape! 7:30 pace.
Core for 50 minutes
Ran down to the Rec Center by way of Mirrabella and 200 North. 9 degrees out! 7:08 ave.
