I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Stayed the night with the fam in Provo Canyon at Nunn's Park. Greg came up and we ran up the old road to Grizzly and up the Grizz. I forget how nasty and long that hill is! Then we looped on the upper road down to the meadow and back down to Nunn's on the single tarck. 9:13 ave
