AM- Woke up and ran to Rosecrest then with the kids to the Juniper church and back.  Fairly sore from Saturday still, calves and quads.  7:58 ave

PM- Ran out to the Cove from Butterfield Park and up the Cove hill and back.  It was hot at first and then started raining hard off and on the whole time.  We got drenched!  7:58 ave.
