I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Back in Alabama, we took Jaren to do hills on a Hill that we called the Alabama Mistress. I did all 6 .25 mile repeats, a ways behind him. Damon did half of them because he was going swimming and tp play Tennis. Tough hill! 8:22 ave
