AM- Still feeling a bit sick, but got up without Jaren and ran to meet the team.  Ran alone the whole time because the kids were running so slow.  6 miles at 7:12 ave.  Nice and cool this morning.

PM- Ran 4 miles on a Rosecrest, Juniper, Emmeline loop with Aubrie at 7:30 ave.  Felt worse this afternoon overall, not bad on the run.  Stuffy nose and head ache a bit.
