Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
AM- 5 miles at 7:28 ave with Jaren and the team. Colder this morning, 45 degrees.
PM- 7:44 ave for the run this afternoon around Rosecrest park. Nice afternoon, high 60s. a little sickly, and jaren is a bit sick too, but other than that not bad. Ran about 3 miles with Aubrie.
