I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Rough start and cold this morning. Went out for a long run and it didn't fee great, mostly because of the achilles, but also the fact I have ran back to back days. Got it done though. 7:36 for the arounfd the Cove Pond and out to Main and back run.
