Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
AM- Got up at 5:00am and went 7 out to the Cove pond and back. Did the last mile in 5:26. 7:11 ave.
PM- Ran with the boys up Shaggy and around Rose Crest and 13400 South, then did 8x100m striders on the grass. 4 miles 7:23 pace.

Asics Nimbus 14 Miles: 4.00
