Long-Term Running Goals: A marathon under 5 hours Personal: I am married to the very crazy Walter Brown. We have 3 beautiful girls who are very active in dance and like to humor their father with running. Also a new Baby boy which we love, and someday will run w his dad.

| Ran at night felt good for the forst time my chest was a little bit on fire but my legs weren't hurting and I was able to finish 15minutes faster than I have been, what a wonderful night. |

| Thanks to my dear husband Walter which will not sleep or allow anyone else to either it was a hard run this morning at 3:45 am felt weak, maybe lack of sleep. I did 17 this morning with my sister and 3 miles tonight with my other sister. |

| got up this morning with walter and ran up at city creek the run was hard for me I have this pulling in the back of my ankle and the other foot it throbs were I had broken it a year earler up the top of my foot. It was really hard to even get going the first 2-3 miles, however it was a nice morning. |
